In 2014, in partnership with a global consultancy, Enterpriseroom won a very competitive tender to design aEnterprise and Supplier Development strategy for the client. At that time, the client was experiencing great upheaval and the strategy had to anticipate, respond to and consider the pending restructuring of the company, the introduction of new technologies into the sector, new market strategies and compliance requirements of both the ICT Sector Charter and BBBEE Codes of Good Practice.


The proposed strategy provided a solution that captured their mission and ensured alignment of the ESD programme to the company’s core business strategy and Enterpriseroom was appointed as programme manager to implement the strategy.


We have also worked closely with them to further develop their BBBEE Strategy and Skills Development Strategy. We assisted the client by providing BBBEE advisory, strategy, project management and implementation, channel partner development, tracking as well as driving innovation through ideation to commercialisation support for entrepreneurs.
