WORKING WITH DEVELOPING ENTERPRISES

If you are a Black owned enterprise and wish to be considered as an Enterprise Development Beneficiary by one of our clients, please email info@enterpriseroom.com to find out how to qualify and be vetted, or click here to fill in our Beneficiary Nomination form.

You need to ensure the following to be considered:

  • Your enterprise has more than 25% black ownership, calculated in terms of Code 100 of the Codes of Good Practice and documentation to prove this.
  • If your enterprise has more than 25% but less than 50% black ownership a BBBEE score of at least Level 6 attested to by a reputable verification agency.
  • If your enterprise wishes to be considered as a Category ‘A’ ED beneficiary, more than 50% black ownership and an annual turnover of less than R35 million.
