- Vet all beneficiaries, ensuring that they meet the BBBEE criteria, and can genuinely grow and transform from an intervention
- Match beneficiaries with the most appropriate ED practioner, and monitor their progress on behalf of our clients.
One size doesn’t fit all!
Working with and building beneficiary enterprises is complex, and requires tailor made interventions to meet the strategic objectives of the business concerned. For this reason we do not offer one universal solution that is meant to work for every enterprise we develop.
Rather, we work with a group of diverse and credible ED practitioners, out of whom the most appropriate model for the beneficiary will be selected, or even developed, to match the client's strategy.
