The client provides loan funding to SMEs via several funds across all SA provinces. The client also recognises the need to provide SMEs with non-financial support, to maximise opportunities for SME success and repayment of loan funding.
Enterprise Room was responsible for supplying business development support to the various funds the client had set in place. These funds include a community fund, co-funded with the Jobs Fund, a partnership fund with two other organisations, a supply chain fund, and a green fund.
Enterprise Room provided business development support services to the enterprises including mentorship and development training on business planning, financial management and record keeping, business model canvas and strategy, compliance, marketing and social media, sales, and human resources management.
