Enterprise Room worked with Discovery to articulate, design, and implement their enterprise and supplier development strategy in an innovative way, aligned to compliance requirements. This also included promoting systemic industry support, entrepreneurship, and knowledge sharing to achieve the broader shared value of lowering the cost of healthcare and enhancing access to quality healthcare.
We also advised on BBBEE requirements, provided strategy development and full programme design and management. At the same time, we provided business development support to identified entrepreneurs and SMEs on Discovery’s various programmes. In addition, we have managed bespoke services for Discovery, including workshops and networking events for industry information.
